One of the first things that you need to do if you want to succeed is to set clear goals. Next, you need a specific plan how you are going to achieve these goals.
Of course having dreams is important, but every single person on the planet has dreams. Only those who have clear goals and a plan can succeed.
I got inspired by the New York Times best-selling writer John Assaraf (I highly recommend that you check him out) and his philosophy to use precise blueprints for everything in your life.
As a massive group home owner, I owe my success to following a blueprint. In order to show you how blueprints work, I will share a blueprint by John Assaraf that I modified for group homes.
Blueprint for Success for Group Homes
1. Goals
Your goals are your final desired result. The things that you want to achieve. You need to have a clear idea of what your goals are and write down the details.
Now let’s say that you want to start a group home business.
Goal: To open a group home that will generate monthly passive income of $3000.
2. Strategy
The strategy refers to how you are going to achieve your goal.
When it comes to group homes you have couple possible strategies:
– Get personally involved in the business (for example get a job as a property manager at another group home)
– Spend hours and hours on researching how to start a group home business
– Find a mentor and learn from an expert in the area
One of the hardest things, when I wanted to get in the business, was the fact that there was no available information to teach me how. I spent thousands of hours trying to figure it out by myself. I would wake up at 3 am to research and learn about group homes and then I would go straight to work.
My goal is to help all of the enthusiasts who want to break into the business to skip all the trial and error I had to go through. That’s why I created the Gold Course which is the only available strategy for starting a successful group home business. If I had this opportunity 10 years ago I wouldn’t spend so much time and energy on figuring things out. I would simply consult an expert.

3. Tactics
Tactics are part of the strategy. They are the small actions that you need to take every day that will bring you closer to you goal. Now let’s imagine that you purchased our Gold Course at this point.
In terms of group homes the possible tactics are:
– Research the group home’s market in your area and determine the people’s needs.
– Read our books and guides
– Look for possible properties
– Start building business connections
4. Timeline
This is one of the parts where most people fail. The key is to develop a specific timeline when you are going to implement your strategy and tactics.
For example:
– 3 times a week you are going to research the market (write down a specific day and time for each researching session)
– From 6 am to 7 am every day you are going to read our books and guides
– 2 times a week you are going to look for properties (write down a specific day and time)
– Every day you are going to make at least 5 phone calls to caregivers.
You can tweak this sample for any goal you have. Taking the time to write down your goals together with a strategy, tactics, and timeline creates a long-term commitment to achieve them. The specific daily actions on your schedule will get you closer to the final desired result.
The blueprint for success is an organized daily effort that gets you where you want to be. You can’t just dream of something and hope that it will come to you.
Another important thing is your mindset. Long story short you have to believe it before you see it. Set your mind on success and nurture a high vibration by reading self-development books, inspirational stories, and meditating.
