The health of your Group Home Business is not much different from your body. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
If you were choking at the local restaurant, would you rather your friends learn the Heimlich maneuver right then and there by watching a YOUTUBE video or would you prefer that they had proper training and practice doing it?
Training, studying and investing in yourself is PROACTIVE.
If you don’t study, invest in yourself and learn about GROUP HOMES you become reactive.
When you are reactive, your chances for survival decrease dramatically.

– I had 20+ years of group home and care home knowledge. I wanted to have it compiled into a more systematic format for my own personal benefit and the benefit of my company

– I had literally hundreds and hundreds of people asking me “How Do I Start And Operate a successful GROUP HOME ” over the years. This allowed me to simply give them the access via the internet.
The list goes on and on

In life, it is best to be PROACTIVE VS. REACTIVE.
If you want to help out society – maybe by starting a group home for disabled veterans or people with traumatic brain injuries – The smartest thing to do is TRAIN, PRACTICE AND BE PROACTIVE.
If you do not train, rest assured you will be derailed.
