1) Supervision – You can install security cameras and House Managers to ensure the rules and regulations are being followed.
2) Legal Protection – You are not LEASING this property to your tenants. You are LICENSING SPACE to them. Think Airbnb. Hotels. If a hotel guest throws a loud, obnoxious party does management go through a 30 – 90 day eviction process to get the guest out of there. No!!!
