FLO VERSUS THE GECKO – WHO WOULD YOU CHOOSE AND WHY?

Today, I want to ask you a question….
Back when we were young, we would play dodgeball, kickball and other games at lunch. You always needed to pick the best players to get on your team. Right?
Life is the same way. You need to pick the best players.
So today, we are going to play a hypothetical game of kickball for business entrepreneurs where YOU……
need to select or hire either the GECKO or FLO for your team.
WHO WOULD YOU CHOSE? THE GECKO OR FLO?
While you think about your answer, let me give you mine. In less than 1/2 a second I am choosing the GECKO.

– The GECKO doesn’t cost me anything!
– The GECKO is not going to die next month!
– Remember the instability of family life that we discussed yesterday? The GECKO doesn’t have that!
– The GECKO doesn’t need me to send her a check every two weeks
– The GECKO doesn’t have FICA (Federal Insurance Contributions Act)
– The GECKO doesn’t have FUTA (Federal Unemployment Tax Act)
– The GECKO doesn’t have Social Security, State Income Or Medicare Taxes!
–  I don’t have to understand all the acronyms that the govt. uses to covertly TAX ME!
– The GECKO doesn’t need to be motivated each and every day to drive leads and sales
– The GECKO appreciates over time. Flo is depreciating by the day!
WHY I AM TELLING YOU THIS
One of the biggest mistakes I made when I first started my GROUP HOME BUSINESS was doing all the sales and marketing by myself. I didn’t have the time nor the energy! Then, when I got my first Group Home – it took my a month and a half to get it to 100% occupancy.
I WAS LIKE FLO! And I was already getting tired and depreciating!
Then, when I thought about hiring someone (like FLO) I realized that they would cost me $500 – $3,000 PER MONTH!

I immediately went to work attempting to build out a website. What a nightmare! It took me over 7 months, then my developer shut down and I lost the code! Ugghh. Then I had to do it all over again….But I finally got the LEAD GENERATION WEBSITE UP AND GOING
IT WAS MY GECKO
It did not cost me $3,500 per month. It didn’t even cost me $500 per month. Heck, I didn’t even have to pay out commissions!
My total costs were a measly $25 per month in hosting fees!
I had literally replaced a full time sales and marketing person with a website. A website that I owned. A website that was appreciating over time (not depreciating). A website that added STABILITY to my business. A website that never got sick (sales reps get the flu during the winter!)
Adding this LEAD-GENERATION WEBSITE to my business was literally a GAME CHANGER. And the best part was that over time – it truly appreciates. What I mean is that google has a specific algorithm for measuring the quality and effectiveness of a website. One of those is length of time the website has been up. The longer it has been in existence, the higher it goes in the search rankings. Yes, MY WEBSITE WAS APPRECIATING IN VALUE!
Just imagine how much STABILITY you could add to your life if you had 40-50 Group Home Client leads per week coming in to your inbox?
Even if you did not yet have a GROUP HOME, wouldn’t this be a great place to start to “Test The Waters” and determine if there was truly an opportunity in your city?
Once you had your very own website, and you began getting leads each and every day – wouldn’t it inspire you to build out a WAITING LIST (like I teach in my GOLD COURSE)? Once you had the new Group Home Rented, you could literally get on the phone and have each and every bed leased up in less than a few days – and from then on….
