Can You Get Paid For Being a Caregiver?

Did you know that the average assisted living Caregiver  is paid $4,500 per month per bed??

THIS IS BIG MONEY! However, we don’t personally go after this market. Why? There are a number of reasons…

One of them is that there are only a small number of people out there that have $4,500 or more to shell out to a Caregiver to help their loved ones. That’s over $54,000 per year! Plus to collect the full $4500 ticket you need to be providing the care yourself or with your staff, and you need to be a licensed facility. This process will take about 6-12 months of full time effort to get through, and THOUSANDS of dollars. So do you have to turn these folks away if you are not licensed?? NO! Keep reading for our secret 🙂

We target the “affordable” space!

We charge anywhere from $550 – $1,500 per month per bed. Do the math on a 4-6 bedroom home with TWO beds per room!  Affordable DOES NOT equal “not profitable”

We do this because after people “hit the trail” and begin searching around they quickly realize there are very few affordable Caregiver options! They breathe a sigh of RELIEF when they find our WEBSITE (CLICK HERE TO SEE HOW YOU CAN GET THE SAME ONE!)

Think about it, if you went to google, called 20 locations with Caregivers and each place cost between $2,500 and $6,500….and then you found one for $675 wouldn’t you be stoked??

We are able to provide quality, affordable housing in an all-bills paid environment like we teach in our FREE 10 PART COURSE by following all the simple rules we outline to my coaching clients. We also implement a few secret government programs where we can!

Here is a list of some of the secret government programs we use to help keep our profits sky-high!

PACE – Programs of All-Inclusive Care For The Elderly

This program is meant to keep medicaid and Medicare eligible people out of nursing facilities. Think in-home care, ADL care, chaperoned transportation and more. It is available in 32 states (also called LIFE in some states – Living Independence For The Elderly)

JACC

One of our FREE 10 PART COURSE clients in New Jersey told us about a program they use called JACC (Jersey Assistance For Community Caregiving). Basically the state gives people 60 or older access to a free caregiver!!

Veteran-Directed Care

This program is available in about 1/3rd of VA medical centers. The client gets roughly $2,000 per month to pay a professional or or family member or friend (YOUR GROUP HOME!) to help them out with a wide-variety of needs! This program is available in 38 states. We highly recommend this program to our FREE 10 PART COURSE students focused on disabled veterans

Volunteers

People WANT TO HELP! Local universities, nurses in training or colleges that have social work programs! Enlist these folks to help!

Meals on Wheels

Call them! They will come over, help your people and bring food!

Crowdfunding

Listen to our MOST RECENT PODCAST HERE or wherever podcasts are streamed under “Group Home Riches”. In episode #6 we speak to one of our FREE 10 PART COURSE that was short on start up costs BUT LARGE with hustle! He found a motivated seller of a home and used a creative strategy to acquire the property with very little money up front, then pitched his idea to local construction companies, food vendors, and even Home Depot to help out with his first home….he even made the local news! Look you are solving a HUGE problem and if people see that you are the real deal, they will be happy to help! Don’t take our word for it…go listen for yourselves!
Home Health 🙂

This is Our secret sauce! Build relationships with multiple home health companies in your area! They will do the heavy lifting for you (no pun intended) and they will make plenty of money in the process. Trust me, they want access to your Group Home!! This is how you can accommodate tenants that require licensed care, without going through the licensing process yourself!
