#1. You need a list of case workers and social workers in your area. If you are in a BIG CITY, you need at least 250 – 300 of them
YOU MUST HAVE THIS IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY MARKET YOUR GROUP HOME
#2. Sign up for mail chimp or another free email service. Email these case workers and social workers 1-3 X per week
#3. Sign up for E-Fax and BLAST emails to these offices daily
#4. 80% of sales occur after after the 5th close. You will not lease up a house in 1 month if you are starting from ground zero
#5. You need to build PERSONAL relationships w these doctors, nurses and case workers
#6. Doughnuts AND breakfast Tacos with your marketing materials! Drop off Breakfast at the hospitals, VA clinics etc. Do lunch and learns
#7. Advertise online. A www.placeformom.com, google etc
#8. GET A WEBSITE! If you dont have a website, you are in the STONE AGES. People are not looking in the yellow pages anymore. You can build your own for $500 – $4,000 or you can use the same one that we use. We charge about $700.
